  Conrad is a lovely guy, I really liked him but I feel he is quite immature in his work ethic. We employed him to do all the plumbing work for our renovation. Unfortunately Conrad over commits to other job and struggles with time management. This ment that work on our project was ad-hoc and at times rushed. Leaving waste water pipes to the outside of our property unsealed letting water in from the outside and a newly fitted vanity tap which leaked, damaging our newly decorated wall. He also installed pipework without asking us where we wanted it to run. The biggest issue has been Conrad not installing our boiler which he agreed to do and I bought through him, leaving me with no boiler through the winter with a toddler and bew baby. He also left tools and equipment at our house, because he hasn't finished the job. I refused to pay his last final invoice until he finished the work. But after talking to Conrad and him assuring me that he would come back and finish the job, I paid in full. He is now ignoring my calls and emails, leaving me with unfinished work. I am really disappointed and hurt, because I trusted him to finish the job and that's what is most upsetting. I don't like giving people bad reviews and try to give everyone the opportunity to fix the issue. But I don't want anyone else to go through a similar experience.
